Facility Rental & Special Events at AAMP

Have Your Next Event Surrounded by History & Culture!
AAMP offers a unique setting for special events and programs with ongoing exhibitions and a convenient location within Historic Philadelphia's Independence Mall and Pennsylvania Convention Center areas.

We offer four galleries and an auditorium / multipurpose room, all of which are available to the public for private use. The multi-purpose room features an 9'X35' stage and audio and visual equipment. It can be transformed from a reception/party setting into a formal environment with seating to accommodate up to 150 people for events such as movie screenings and fashion shows.

These spaces are ideal for corporate events, seminars, organizational meetings, weddings and a host of other events.

Museum Hours

To ensure the health and safety of our guests and employees the Museum has limited visits to four timeslots per day, observing the following hours of operations:

Thursday – Sunday : 10 AM – 5 PM
  • Time Slot 1: 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM
  • Time Slot 2: 12:00 PM – 1:15 PM
  • ​Time Slot 3: 1:45 PM – 3:00 PM
  • ​Time Slot 4: 3:30 PM – 4:45 PM
* Guests and employees are required to adhere to COVID-19 protocols as part of admittance to Museum galleries. Guests are required to wear masks during their visit and adhere to social distancing and other health and safety guidelines.
