Collaboration Project Proposal

​Thank you for your interest in collaborating with the African American Museum in Philadelphia. We appreciate the opportunity to explore how we can create an even greater impact in our community by working together.

Collaborations are about sharing both authority and decision-making. They include cooperative planning, definition of outcomes and roles, task accountability, transparent budget discussions and a clear structure for communication. Developing healthy collaborative relationships is important to us, so we appreciate your response to these key questions below.

Discover our Exhibits and Collections Wednesday for Group Tours ONLY and Thursday to Sunday from 10 am to 5 pm. Please note that our last tour starts at 4:00 pm.

​The Museum is located in the City's Historic District at the corner of 7th & Arch Streets, one block from Independence National Historic Park and a short walk from the Pennsylvania Convention Center. The museum offers barrier-free access for the physically disabled. .
